Group Art Therapy session:
In Group Art Therapy, population-specific, goal-oriented groups participate in art activities designed around themes, helping members connect, express emotions, and experience healing together through creativity.
Family Art Therapy session:
Family sessions provide a safe and supportive space for members to express emotions, improve communication, and understand each other better. Through shared creative activities, families can resolve conflicts, strengthen bonds, and build healthier relationships together.
Corporate Art Therapy session:
Corporate art therapy session begin with a short introduction and relaxation activity to help employees unwind. Participants then engage in guided theme-based creative exercises that encourage expression, teamwork, and fresh thinking. The session ends with brief reflection, helping reduce stress, boost motivation, and strengthen positive workplace connections.
All sessions are conducted in accordance with APA ethical guidelines, ensuring each session concludes responsibly and includes planning for the next session in alignment with the overall therapeutic goals. Technical setup guidance will be provided for online sessions to ensure a smooth and effective experience.
