Creating your own Mandala can be more theraputic than just colouring any readymade Mandala. It may be deeply healing and supportive of self-esteem. The process of designing patterns encourages mindfulness, focus, and emotional expression, helping individuals process inner thoughts and feelings. As you concentrate on shapes and colors, overlapping thoughts are organized, reducing mental clutter and promoting clarity. This repetitive, creative engagement stimulates neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to rewire itself—enhancing cognitive flexibility, positive thinking, and a greater sense of control over one’s emotions and self-image.

At Creative Soul_Space, we are committed to providing a positive and supportive experience for all our clients. Since our Art Therapy packages involve personalized services and scheduled sessions, we have the following policy regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds:
Cancellation Before Booking
If you wish to cancel a session or package before scheduling, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation After Booking
For individual or group sessions, cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, but the session may be rescheduled once within 30 days.
Refunds on Packages
Unused sessions from a pre-purchased package can be refunded if requested before the first session.
After attending any session, the package is considered partially used, and no refund will be provided for completed sessions.
Exceptional Circumstances
If a session is cancelled by Creative Soul_Space due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive either a full refund or an option to reschedule the session.
How to Request a Refund
Refunds can be requested by contacting us via email or the contact form on our website.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
We encourage all clients to reach out if they face any difficulty in attending sessions. Our goal is to ensure a flexible and supportive experience while maintaining the integrity of our therapy services.
